Richard is the Chairman of the Board/CEO of the company. He has been the driving force from inception, as one of the fastest growing preschools in the USA, with over 250 locations and an additional 190 in development. Richard co-founded the company with his parents in 2002, as its President/Director, through 2014 when his parents retired and he was appointed Chairman-CEO. Prior to the formation of The Learning Experience®, Richard was CEO and co-founder of Tutor Time Childcare Centers. Richard resides in Boca Raton, Florida and has four children, two of his sons are active in the business; Joshua, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Chad who is in real estate development. Richard also sits on several not- for- profit boards, Make -A Wish® Southern Florida and PROPEL, a program which supports the advancement of education for underprivileged youths and young adults within his community.
As Senior Vice President of People, Traci is responsible for leading the advancement of human resource initiatives, corporate culture, and workplace strategy. She has over 20 years of experience in a diverse range of industries including retail, technology, hospitality, and franchise operations. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer for Rag & Bone in New York City. She has also served at Coach responsible for all of the company’s North American human resource initiatives, and at Starbucks for seven years, leading human resources in the company’s most complex flagship market - the New York metropolitan area. She has been highly accomplished in areas of talent planning, change leadership, and people development, shaping high performance culture for Fortune 500 and major progressive brands. She holds a master’s and professional diploma in Psychology from Fordham University.
Brad has over 25 years of marketing leadership experience working with brands to develop and implement initiatives that influence consumer behavior. Prior to joining The Learning Experience®, Brad held the role of Vice President of Marketing and Ecommerce for Kirkland’s home décor, and has additionally held marketing leadership positions with strong brands like Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores, Krystal restaurants, CORT Business Services, and Rent-A-Center. Brad received his bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University. Brad has been married to his wife, Karen, for 29 years and has three children, Braden, Kristen, and Dylan.
